National Residency Abstract Olympics winners
Cedars-Sinai and Northwestern take home gold.

A record 8,400 abstracts were submitted for the 2025 AUA Annual Meeting!
For the first time in Annual Meeting history, the AUA hosted the National Residency Abstract Olympics. This spirited competition gave U.S. Residency Programs the opportunity to go for the gold by having the most accepted resident abstracts at AUA2025. The competing residency programs were divided into small programs (10 or fewer residents) and large programs (11 or more residents).

Large programs:
Northwestern Medicine Urology Residency Program – 1st
University of Wisconsin Urology Residency Training Program – 2nd (tied)
Weill Cornell Medicine Urology Residency Program – 2nd (tied)
Small programs:
Cedars-Sinai Urology Residency Program – 1st
Maimonides Urologic Surgery Residency Program – 2nd
Dartmouth Urology Residency Program - 3rd
